Superuser Contribution Payment failed

Hello!My Issue is, that i somehow can't pay Spotify with my PayPal Account. It tells me i need a credit card to finish the transaction (which i don't have). Am i the only one with this problem or is it just impossible to pay with direct debit.

Conta Premium em débito mesmo após pagamento.

Realizei a assinatura do plano Premium Familia, veio a cobrança na fatura do cartão e já efetuei o pagamento desta fatura. No entanto, eu abro a minha conta do spotify e consta um aviso de débito. Como proceder?

Taken premium money but won't let me use it as normal

My card expired so it couldn't take the money. I then updated my card and it was able to take the money for premium but it won't let my account go back to normal. I want money back if my account isn't fixed
