Spotify saying my subscription payment failed

Spotify keeps notifying me that my subscription payment failed even though the payment went through on my card. I have the order ID number from the transaction as well as my online bank statement and will upload both.

I’ve been trying for days to renew my subscription but it’s denying my card everytime. I called the bank and there’s nothing wrong w the card. It doesn’t work no matter how many times I refresh the page or log out and log back on.
