Premium on desktop, but not on mobile

I have a premium account that ends on the 8/17/17, but on my phone it's already a free account with ads and no skips, but on desktop it still says that I have a premium account. Would love to hear solutions to my problem

Family premium account nog enkel te gebruiken als free version.

Iedereen binnen mijn family premium account kan enkel nog de free version gebruiken. Ik heb op 11 juli gewoon betaald. Erg lastig zeker omdat niet duidelijk is waar ik mijn moet zijn voor de oplossing.

I am on rolling 9.99 sub. Is the renew date on the account subscription page the date i have to cancel by . E.g 27 Aug therefore i cancel on 26 Aug? Or do i have to give more notice?thanks.
