Downgraded from Premium to Free

Just entered Spotify's Premium "World" but can't skip songs or use shuffle play. When I try to skip a song, there's the commercial saying to try free Premium trial.I tried to log out and log in again but that's not helpful.Could anyone help me out? x

Premium gone; playlists disappeared

I had Spotify premium as part of Vodafone package. When premium expired after 1 year I renewed by paying subscription. I'm paying but my playlists have disappeared and still not back onto premium. I've logged into the correct account. Pls advise

Aber was ist wenn das Konto auf dem man immer mit Paypal beezahlt hat nicht mehr funktioniert und man sich deshalb ein anderes Konto anlegen musste? Ich kann und möchte nicht mit den anderen Möglichkeiten bezahlen.
