Superuser Contribution Cannot cancel Family subscription

I want to cancel my family subscription and go back to premuim but every time I try, I get an error that says "Oops, something went wrong, please try again". What can I do to complete this successfully? Thanks

Charged too many times

I was trying to sign up for the student discount, and it said that it wasn't working and that it wouldn't charge my card tillIt did. However it charged my card over 6 times. How do I go about getting this money back.
