Doble Pago en Moneda Local y Dolares

Hola me gustaria saber a quien recurrir, tengo problema con el pago de spotify, donde me han cobrado dos veces, 28.90 en en moneda local( Peru, Soles) y otra en Dolares. por 8.90 Dolares, no se porque paso esto y a quien podria recurrir. Saludos
