I created a Spotify account for my Dad & paid premium. Its Not recognizing

It's still has ads and doesn't show payment and seems to have an issue with his email. Says it's already being used. Could there be 2 account? What to do?

I've got a 12 month subscription to Spotify Premium which expires Dec 2020, but I'd like to upgrade this to Spotify Duo. Is it possible to do this? Can I pay the excess (£3.00) monthly or can I only do this once my subscription expires?

Just finished my free trial off and made my first monthly payment by credit card. I prefer to pay annually but can't find that option anywhere on the website. I'm doing all of this on a computer, (not a mobile device)Where is that option??

I dont know why but after i used my 1 month free premium trial on spotify, there is no option to cancel premium or go to the free plan.
