Superuser Contribution Spotify deducted money for not reason?

I canceled a mandate for Rs. 450 towards Spotify and yet somehow an amount of Rs. 119 has been deducted from my account without my permission and for no reason and request.

I just spent two and a half hours on the Support chat to figure out why I was not able to redeem a 12 months gift card. It is ridiculous that a streaming platform only allows this if you use a gift card.
