Solved!! I upgraded to Duo. My playlists are missing. How do I get them back?

When I logged into my account after I upgraded to Duo, all of my playlists are gone. I checked "Recover my playlists" and there are no playlists listed there. How do I get my playlists back?

I had a students account, now our website has been hacked. How can I verify

I need to cancel my trial premium membership.

On line says to go to acct then to change plan. There’s not a change plan anywhere. This is on an IPhone.
