Superuser Contribution How can I get the 7-Day free trial on Spotify even though I tried the solutions everybody has given

Just checked my account and looks like im being charged for premium allthough I have checked my two accounts and none of the are premium. Can I somehow trace the payment to a spotify-account?

Solved!! Switching accounts

My son has a student premium account. I wish to set up a family account and invite him as it will work out cheaper. What is the correct procedure? Do I cancel his Direct Debit? He's worried he'll lose all his playlists too when he switches over!

Superuser Contribution Spotify on my ee bill

For some reason as an extra charge I have 9.99 in my ee bill I haven't purchased anything and subscriptions should come from my bank account surely?

I made my payment for my premium and called my bank to make sure the payment went through and it did but I still cant listen to my subscription

I cancelled my premium but I was still charged
