I have been charged twice.

Hi i have been charged twice yesterday. One payment of 4.99 came out yesterday for student subscription - and 9.99 for premium. I only have one spotify account but have been charged for two subscribtions. Can i be reimbursed for one please.

Erro ao contratar plano

Increase in the payment amount

I'm from Turkey and I'm charged TL 14.49 this month while it says in the mail I must be charged TL 13.99. Is there a specific reason for that? I saw that in my credit card account activities and for now it's in provision.

Getting charged for Premium Family package and not having access for the last 2 months
