charged me when I didnt buy anything

I entered my card info for the student discount but then never finished signing up but it stilll charged me. Spotify doesn't help at all becuase they dont have an email or whatever to contact them so i really need help please

Help. Premium is being weird

I've i end my supscirption of my 3 months free spotify and it wil pay another month on 17-8-17 can i cancel it and still have the premium version to 17-8-17 or will it be directly free?
