cobro de spotify sin autorizacion

Ya van dos cobros que se realizan a mi TDC a nombre de [redacted] Spotify, y yo no uso la aplicación premium, es más nisiquiera había dado de alta ese número de tarjeta en Spotify. Exijo una aclaración y mi reembolso.

I paid for the student subscription however I couldn't provide proof so I'm still on the free subscription however it still charged me but I'm not on premium. Can I get my money back? Thanks

I have Premium for more than a year now and in that time I downloaded a lot of music to listen to while offline.Now all of a sudden all of that downloaded music is gone. And I'd have to download a thousand songs again!What can I do??
