Débité à 9.99€ et 14.99€

Bonjour, j'ai actuellement été débité le 9 de ce mois à 9.99€ et ensuite le 29 du meme mois j'ai été débité de 14.99€ sans avoir changé mon abonnement family.J'aimerais en connaitre la raison et comment réctifier se doublon inutile.Merci
