Updated app and lost account info

I updated my app and all my music is lost. It now also says my account is a free account in the app but the online account says I have premium.I can't recover any of my playlists nor will it let me stream offline

Hi, I have ordered a new subscription for the first time and the ad showed that I should get 3 month for 0,99 PLN (in Poland) but insted of this it just took 19,99 PLN - a standard monthly payment. Why?

Premium 0,99/3months payed but didn't get it

I payed with Paypall to get the Premium (special offer 3 months at 0.99), but after paying I didn't get the upgrade to the Premium service. Any idea about what to do?

Problema con oferta premium

Resulta que el 18 de Mayo decidí comprar la oferta de 3 meses por 0.99 USD. Lo he intentado con dos cuentas diferentes y ha sido cargada en mi tarjeta, sin embargo no tengo premium en ninguna de las dos.
