I signed up for spotify 3 month premium for €0.99 on Friday 01/06/2017 and used the wrong email address to do so when iogged into the account again after changing my email address I lost my 3 month subscription can anyone help me with this

money gone from paypal but still not premium

I just subscribed with the 3 months for €0.99 and when I look at my paypal account it says that €0.99 has been deducted from my account towards spotify premium. But when I log onto spotify is still says i'm a free user.
