Superuser Contribution Upgrade to Premium fails

I would like to upgrade to premium but the buying process ends in a loop. after I confirmed the paypal paying I get back to spotify initial upgrade page. Tried it from android and also Windows PC.

Como eu cancelo qualquer coisa no Spotify?

Sinceramente a Spotify tem um dos piores suportes dos quais já precisei de auxilio. É impossível cancelar a assinatura, não existe um botão CANCELAR ASSINATURA (vide imagem em anexo). Alguêm poderia me dar uma luz sobre o assunto?
