What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Got charged twice on card and still have not received premium

I got charged twice for premium because I was trying to get it and still do not have premium. Im owed a refund. How do I get ahold of spotify? Do they have a phone number? I couldn't find one.
