New phone and lost my premium account

Hello, I got a new phone (iPhone 6plus to iPhone 7 plus) and when I logged into my Spotify account it was no longer premium and most of my saved music was gone. Any help??

Canceled my payment but it never ended and i was charged

In the upgrade dor Premium account, when I click in "continue" the page stay rendering and hangs.
