Already paid but not yet subscribed to premium

I already paid premium but I paid with cash. I already logged out of my account but I still get advertisements and I cannot download the songs. How can I subscribe or could I at least have my money back if it doesn't work?

PLS HELP premium account, BUT stuck with a BB Curve 8520 loan phone Unable so DL APP or Save SD
