I just signed up for a 30 day trial but my account still says free and then i clicked go premium and it wanted me to sign up for a 7 day trial what is going on?

Need to Cancel Premium but cant figure out associated email

Someone is buying spotify premium through my bank account.

Superuser Contribution Credit Card Switch
