Cancel Free Trial

My Spotify account currently says free. I signed up for a three month free trial service. How do I cancel the subscription please I do not wish to pay for the service after the trial. Thanks

Charged after cancellation

I canceled my Spotify Premium Membership sometime early last month. I got an email stating it would end on 2017-3-20. Yet I got charged again on 4/4/17. I want a refund immediately or I will dispute it with my bank.
