Someone is buying spotify premium through my bank account.

I have a payment for spotify premium on my bank account but I do not have an active membership. Can this be looked into and would I be able to get a refund as it seems someone is using my bank details. Regards

After logging in to account it says I'm not subscribed to premium when I am

After logging into my account online in order to change my credit card details, it says I'm not subscribed to premium when I am and pay monthly for it. Therefore I can't change my credit card details.

Superuser Contribution Credit Card Switch

I've tried several times in the past week to change the credit card I fund my account with. I consistently get an error message saying it can't be completed at this time. Has anyone else had this issue and what was the solution? thank you
