estimados, favor ayuda, tengo plan familiar pero hay 2 cuentas que no pueden volver a subcirbirse al plan familiar? que pasa con esto dura mucho o nunca mas podran permanecer a mi plan ?

Me habéis cobrado dos veces el mes pasado y este mes me habéis vuelto a cobrar

Lo que os decía,que el mes pasado se me cobró dos veces la suscripción y este mes que en teoría no me lo tendríais que haber cobrado pero no ha sido asi,me gustaría que me solucionarais el tema,muchas gracias
