Superuser Contribution Cant get premium

When I enter my card information, it says that I have not entered my expiration date. Im at the end of my 3 month $0.99 trial. This happens on the app and on the website. I tried a couple different formats for the date and nothing has registered.

Paying for Premium with Paypal

My trial period ended today, and I want to upgrade to premium. My only payment option is PayPal, but it just won't let me. My country is US on both accounts, and I've tried to pay in a desktop incognito window but that won't work either.

Playing multiple accounts on Spotify premium.

I just added a family memeber to my account but we can't play music at the same time which is contrary to what it says you can do online. Is that correct, we should be able to both play music at the same time using our logins?
