Need to Cancel Premium but cant figure out associated email

Two accounts with premium subscription and wanting to cancel the old one

Someone is buying spotify premium through my bank account.

I have a payment for spotify premium on my bank account but I do not have an active membership. Can this be looked into and would I be able to get a refund as it seems someone is using my bank details. Regards

After logging in to account it says I'm not subscribed to premium when I am

I've tried several times in the past week to change the credit card I fund my account with. I consistently get an error message saying it can't be completed at this time. Has anyone else had this issue and what was the solution? thank you
