Superuser Contribution My premium payment is 69000VND instead of 59000VND

I am from Vietnam, my subscription is Premium with 59000 in Vietnamese Dong, but monthly I have to pay 69000, my bank statements says that, but on my Spotify account receipt, it says 59000. Anyone got a similar situation or any idea?
