Superuser Contribution How to change a payment method? Premium and Family Plan? There is no UPDATE option on my Acct Page

I need to change the credit card on my Spotify. Spotify says to navigate to the Account page, and use the Update option. There is no Update option. I have a Premium subscription and Family Plan. Thank you.

I am from Vietnam, my subscription is Premium with 59000 in Vietnamese Dong, but monthly I have to pay 69000, my bank statements says that, but on my Spotify account receipt, it says 59000. Anyone got a similar situation or any idea?
