Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

WAS CHARGED 18.99 FOR FAMILY PREMIUM WHEN I NEVER EVEN SWITCHED FROM STANDARD AND HAD TO LOGIN AND CHANGE IT BACK TO STANDARD AND THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN WASN'T REFUNDED
