Superuser Contribution Paid my premium subscription in 20/2/2020 but now it says i have to pay for it again

Hey guys, I upgraded to spotify family premium in 20/02. I received the payment confirmation and used spotify normally since today, that says that my payment failed and I have to update the payment method. Any help please?

Superuser Contribution I paid my premium subscription and the mail didn't arrive

I paid my premium subscription today, and I have not received any mail. In my account it comes out that has already been paid, but I don't have premium while using the app.
