old account cant cancel subscription

I have an old account that i can not access; forgotten email and password. I am still being charged for premium on that account but of course cant log in to cancel it online! What do i do?

For the past two months I’ve been charged £9.99 for my Spotify account when I use UNiDAYS student

PlanFree/Premium i was hoping for a refund of these amounts and carry on paying £4.99 or whatever it is with UNiDAYS. Can someone help to refund this amount and change my account back to the discounted version? Thanks.
