I cant cancel my spotify premium

I cant cancel my spotify i already did all the steps that it says but i still cant find it??, theres no choice for me to change it to spotify free or even cancel plan it only takes me to other spotify plan like duo family etc

I wanted to change my payment method but it shows an error.
