Superuser Contribution Denying access

For some odd reason, despite having money on my card, Spotify says I’m not eligible for premium individual. It literally won’t let me put in my card and idk how to fix it.

Hi!In 2012 there was no way of getting the three free months without a credit card or PayPal. Is this still so? No my first Premium-month is paid by giftcard (in Finland), but I still think I too would be worth those three months. Thank you! A
