Card not working on Spotify

Long story short there is some kind of communication issue bteeen my debit card and Spotify because there’s is no issues with my bank or my card but there in an error every time i put my credit card info into Spotify.

Trying to pay for a Spotify Premium subscription with a prepaid card

Just as the title says... I fill out the form correctly (did it about five times), and still no dice. Just bought and activated the card.

Making Payments but Premium does not register on account

I have tried emailing about this issue but it has not done anything. I have been making regular payments monthly but my spotify account does not show up as premium. I want to fix this ASAP.

Canceled premium subscription still charged
