Payment method and county don't match

I want to sign up for spotify premium but it keeps telling me that my payment method and country don't match but it won't let me change my country to US. I'm on MX using an wells Fargo card to sign up.

I can't pay premiun

The bank canceled the credit card that I used to pay premium now I try to pay with a prepaid card (visa) and it can't be done because always shows "an error has ocurred"
