Superuser Contribution Issues with changing country

I am unable to change the payment details from Australian Credit Card card to Malaysian Credit Card. The error message is to change the country in the profile settings but it would not let me to change as the drop down list is restricted.

Superuser Contribution 60 day free trial not activating
