Cancelled subscription but still charged.

Charged 3 times

I have been charged 3 times this month, I have found I had 2 accounts and cancelled both but I was charged 9.99 and 18.99 on Wednesday and 14.99 today. I'm unsure what the 18.99 charge is from.
