I get charged 9.99 every month for a subscription I don't have. I have tried to cancel through the subscription tab but I can't sense it shows I'm a free member not a premium member.
Every time I try and upgrade, it won’t accept my card. It tried to take a payment then cancelled after the very final attempt even when I had money in the bank. Does this mean Spotify is blocked from my card? If so, how do I find out?
