What a shame

I just opened a new account and bought premium for 0.99 but when open the application it shows me you have free account your trial ends in 11 December 2017 what should I do !!!

Making Payments but Premium does not register on account

I have tried emailing about this issue but it has not done anything. I have been making regular payments monthly but my spotify account does not show up as premium. I want to fix this ASAP.
