Trying to cancel subscription but won't allow me

I had spotify before as a student and I was going to switch over from Tidal and didn't like it, trying to cancel subscription but the option is not available, yet I was already charged for the month. HELP.

I have registered to spotify premium yesterday at 11:00 am (GMT+8), and was expecting to see “Premium” on my subscription status today. I paid via credit/bank account. But why am I not registered yet? Please help.

So does the 3 month only apply for Hulu or does it apply for your Spotify account as well? So like if I do decide to go through with the 0.99 deal, do I only get Hulu for 3 months and continue paying 9.99/month for Spotify Premium?
