Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

I paid for premium but it says my payment failed

The new deal on the Spotify app said to pay for the entire year, when I paid for the subscription it still says my payment failed and I will lose premium soon. The payment came out of my account and now I'm out 120 dollars for no product.
