So I can no longer use prepaid Visa cards to pay for Premium?

I go out to buy a $25 prepaid Visa for the sole purpose of taking advantage of the $.99 for three months deal and then a couple of extra months and it won't let me. Last time, I got a prepaid MasterCard and it worked.
