Already charged but my premium still gone?

i already paid for the premium on my phone service provider (Indosat - Indonesia) it already take my money but still the spotify didnt registered up the payment / even email me that my premium is renewed? please help to fix it asap

cant proceed to premium

I cant proceed to premium using my mobile network provider like Smart Communication as my biller. An error like "oops something went wrong" all prompt up. I want to have my premium subsceiption back already.

Can not use spotify at the same time on different devices with spotify premium, why?

We have signed up for spotify pemium, sent invitations and made accounts for each of the four family members, but we still cant use spotify at the same time. I thought that was the poin with spotify premium?
