Can I get Spotify for $99/year once trial period has ended?

My Spotify trial period ends February 28, 2018. If I sign up today, can I get Spotify at $99 for 12 months starting March 1, as goes the current special promotion?

I'm using monthly premium, now got a new plan which is yearly premium, if I want to subscribe now, should I unsubscribe current premium first then subscribe yearly premium or it will auto change me after my monthly premium is going to renew on 27/12?
