What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Switching countries after 14 days

I didn't realize you are only allowed to use your Spotify account abroad for 14 days. I have just moved to New Zealand and now I am unable to login in to switch the country. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance-Stephanie
