started trial for pemium but it doesnt start

I started the trial for premium with the august offer to get 60 days instead of 30 and I entered my paypal, but the trial wont start. I tried to uninstall and log out but that didnt help.

My next bill is scheduled for the 9th next month. If I cancel my premium subscription now, will it instantly drop my premium or will it let me use it until my next billing date?

Not getting all premium features

I just got my Spotify Student set up and I am not receiving all of the Premium benefits. I cannot go back songs and I can only go a few forward before it stops me and says I have discovered a premium feature. How do I fix this?
