Me están cobrando 2 planes premiun individual, uno en fecha del 13 o 14 y otro de los días 24, pero solo tengo una sola cuenta, cómo puedo eliminar el otro pago?

I've just made an account and have an offer for a 4 month free trial, but when I try to activate it says 'It looks like you’ve taken a trial before, which means you aren’t eligible for this offer.' This is impossible as I just created the account.
