Spotify are still taking payments after I have cancelled three times already

I have cancelled my premium three times now and still being charged. I have followed all the recommendations online and on the spotify website but to no avail. I just want spotify to stop charging me. Especially as I hardly ever use it.

Delete credit card details

I've cancelled my Premium to prevent automatic renewal. I want to delete my credit card details, for security. I can't seem to do this from the Profile > Account > Subscription page. How can I do this?

Superuser Contribution Can't verify student

I've had Spotify student and when I went to connect it to Hulu, I was told they couldn't verify my account. I can download music I get no ads and I have extreme quality so I know it's not Spotify free. Any fix to this?
