Solved!!Superuser Contribution Family Premium

I was invited to the family premium plan, I live with the owner and I put the same address, and even then it appears that I was not accepted in the plan because they can not verify my address with his. I do not know what I'm doing, please help me.

Today we all lost our premium accounts (premium for family). We don't know what was the case to cause this to happen, because everything was paid. Is this a error or a glitch that happened today? And what else can we do about this?

started trial for pemium but it doesnt start

I started the trial for premium with the august offer to get 60 days instead of 30 and I entered my paypal, but the trial wont start. I tried to uninstall and log out but that didnt help.
