Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

So, registered for the free trial two days ago, only to see that I've been charged 10.99$, though it was written that the 1st mouth is free.

It definitely hasn't been a month yet so why was I charged and how do I get refunded?

If you have been charged for Spotify Premium without a trial month, it could be due to several reasons:


  1. Your payment method might have been used for the Premium subscription of a friend or a family member of yours.
  2. You might have had another Spotify account in the past and you could've subscribed for one month of Premium with the same payment method.
