QUESTION: WHY am i being charged twice again after i directly spoke with spotify staff about two weeks ago and they closed my other account. i am so frustrated.

You have mentioned that you already spoke to Spotify about this. Could you let me know which form of online media you used to contact?
Also, it appears from you conversation with them that they closed a secondary account - would this be correct? And would you mind checking out this link just to check for the same:
