bought premium with the offer but does not work

bought premium with the offer but does not work

yesterday i bought premium using my card and i pay 0.99 euro for three months but i still have not received my purchase. as it looks i am still using the free edition. i logged out an logged in again but nothing happened.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

In this case, we'd recommend:
- Restarting the app

- Reinstalling the app

- Check the payment was successful, and not pending
