You can read about Spotify's Refund Policy in this support article. If you believe that you're eligible for a refund, feel free to reach out to Customer Support here.


Also, if you haven't already done so, you can cancel your current Premium Individual subscription by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click Change Plan
  3. Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium
