can I get a refund for my Spotify premium as I forgot to cancel it

but I forgot to cancel my Spotify premium before it was renewed and now have been charged for a month

Iam a student and the Spotify is link in my gcash i really need the money so is it possible for me to get a refund i never used Spotify now.

I need my refund please

I signed up for premium family plan but it is too complicated to add my family so i immediately cancelled. I was however instantly charged 22 USD. Will this get refunded? Also Capcha way too frustrating!

I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
