In order to get a refund after cancelling your Premium subscription, the payment needs to be done within the last 14 days and using a recurring payment method. This means that if you paid with a third party or used a prepaid payment such as a gift card, you won't be able to get a refund. 

 

If your payment meets the previous requirements, we'd recommend reaching out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to continue with the help. 

 

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.
